Sake and the Umami Factor
Japanese sake is renowned for its chameleon-like abilities, from pairing seamlessly with food to changing profile at varying service temperatures. Please join James Beard Foundation Award winning authors Nancy Matsumoto and Michael Tremblay as they explore these aspects in addition to explaining the sake basics and sake’s super power: umami.
