John Winter Russell is the chef / co-proprietor of Restaurant Candide in Montreal. Candide is now in it’s tenth year of serving delicious contemporary québécois cuisine and has been a pioneer in restaurant sustainability. John is mostly known for his love of lettuce, peas and a terrible sense of humour.
