In honor of the beginning of spring, this tasting will transport you through Québec enchanting nature showcasing wild plants and smoked products. Join us in this adventure! John Winter Russell is the chef / co-proprietor of Restaurant Candide in Montreal. Candide is now in it’s tenth year of serving delicious contemporary québécois cuisine and has been a pioneer in restaurant sustainability. John is mostly known for his love of lettuce, peas and a terrible sense of humour.
