Cristina serves as the Master of Ceremonies for SIAL Canada, North America's largest food innovation show, and was a former judge for Canada’s 100 Best. As an international columnist for Food and Beverage Magazine, she shared valuable industry insights to a global audience. Recently, she hosted CTV Morning Live and now serves as Editor-in-Chief of Evolve Magazine, creating content to inspire and empower Canadians while promoting inclusivity and diversity. A passionate advocate for food insecurity and waste, Cristina also mentors women in hospitality through WORTH Association.
