She’s opened and operated upscale restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area, including one that earned a Michelin recognition. Cristina also hosts many top events in the city and has been a long-time ambassador and host of the RC Show.

She also serves as the Master of Ceremonies for SIAL Canada, North America's largest food innovation show. She is also a returning judge for Canada’s 100 Best. Cristina has previously contributed as an international columnist for Food and Beverage Magazine, sharing valuable industry insights with a global audience while highlighting Canadian talent on the world stage.

As a champion for Canadian restaurants and entrepreneurs, Cristina has been dedicated to supporting and uplifting local businesses. As a former main host of CTV Morning Live, she collaborated with top hospitality professionals and featured Canadian talent and restaurants.

Cristina is now the Editor-in-Chief of Evolve Magazine, a digital platform dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering Canadians while fostering inclusivity and diversity. A passionate advocate for raising awareness about food insecurity and food waste, Cristina also mentors women in hospitality through the WORTH Association.
