Put your best booth forward to captivate the attention of attendees and get recognized with a best booth award! From best small booth, best large booth, best experiential booth and best first-year exhibitor booth, your opportunities to shine on stage are endless.

Best Small booth

(under 300 sq ft – maximum 3 single booths or less)

This award recognizes exhibitors for their efforts in creating outstanding displays, and providing a high-quality experience to all trade show attendees.

best large booth

(over 400 sq ft – minimum 4 single booths or more)

This award recognizes exhibitors for their efforts in creating outstanding displays, and providing a high-quality experience - on a grander scale - to all trade show attendees.

Best experiential booth

This award recognizes the booth with an activity that is either in-or-out of the show hall that drives traffic to the exhibit. Examples: a contest, game, celebrity appearance, performance, artist inclusion, virtual-reality experience, etc.

Best first-year exhibitor booth

Any size booth, must be their first year in the show.

Selected booths can qualify based on specific criteria:

Best use of space, regardless of size
Best use of colour, either corporate branding or attention-grabber
Best placement or presentation of product or service, is it obvious and well positioned
Area should be attractive and inviting – is it decorated or themed around product or service? Does layout allow for engagement with visitors?
Area should be tidy (no unnecessary clutter)
Area should be well-lit, to bring attention to signage/message or product/service
Staff should be welcoming and engaging
Marketing and branding - signage/message should be clear and eye-catching. Hand-outs or swag should have logos and/or company name, staff in uniform or in something that bears company name/logo
