We are very proud to present our Indigenous Pavilion for yet another year at RC Show 2025!

Acknowledging the importance of our Canadian mosaic through those who are native to the land allows us to celebrate, support, and elevate the offerings of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit entrepreneurs. By discovering Indigenous ingredients, products, and culinary innovations firsthand—and connecting with the people and stories behind them—we help amplify their impact and create space for deeper understanding and meaningful collaboration across the foodservice industry.
