In this dynamic and inspiring event, chefs will put their best breakfast foot forward, crafting their ultimate morning sandwich for a shot at glory and a share of $4,000 in cash and prizes. This isn’t just about making a sandwich; it’s about redefining what breakfast can be.
The competition is open to all culinarians who believe they have what it takes to win. Whether you’re a traditionalist who excels in classic flavours or an innovator ready to push the boundaries, this competition is your chance to shine on a national stage.
On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, the four finalists will take over the Culinary Stage at RC Show in a live competition. In front of an audience of their peers and industry professionals, they will have the opportunity to prepare and present their breakfast sandwich creations. The judging panel, composed of esteemed culinary experts, will evaluate each dish based on creativity, taste, presentation and the overall “wow factor”. The winners will be announced live on the Culinary Stage, with first place taking home $2,000, second place $1,000, third place $750, and fourth place $250.
