Cheer on our competitors as they prove their culinary style and expertise at the annual Garland Canada Culinary Competition at RC Show 2025!
Competitors from across Canada were invited to share their skills and creativity, by crafting original dishes that reflect the 2025 RC Show theme—FUEL, before a panel of esteemed judges. After sifting through many, incredible applications, the final round was narrowed down to 12 finalists! Each Garland competitor will have the opportunity to compete for glory and over $10,000 in cash and prizes. No small feat – or prize!
Our accomplished panel of judges are looking for the best of the best – efficient, cost-effective, streamlined-processes and of course, a delicious execution. But above all, our judges are looking at the passion that these rising stars bring to their dishes and the stage.
To this year’s 2025 Garland Finalists – on behalf of Restaurants Canada – we urge you to cook with passion, plate with precision, and let your talent do the talking. Best of luck and may the best chef win!
