After completing a Culinary Apprenticeship Program, Alex expanded his focus beyond the kitchen, mastering front-of-house operations and taking on leadership roles as General Manager and Director of Operations for some of North America’s top corporate restaurant brands. With over 50 restaurant openings to his name—including collaborations with world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck—Alex has a proven track record of bringing innovative concepts to life. Now, as VP of Concept Development at The Fifteen Group, he leads all new opening projects, ensuring that every restaurant blends operational excellence with compelling design and an exceptional guest experience.
