I started my career in the food industry with Foodex Inc., where I managed Harvey Wallbanger Steak House and Frank Vetere’s Pizza restaurants, before moving onto St. Hubert BBQ.
After managing multiple restaurants, I ventured to real estate where I navigated the dynamic real estate market and specialized in residential properties.
I eventually returned to the food industry with Pirani Group, overseeing the operations of YUM Brand QSRs like KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. With years of leadership in restaurant operations and business development, today, I am the Director of Operations in Ontario for Pirani Group.
Pirani Group currently operates over 80 restaurants under multiple franchise brands and is the largest KFC food court franchisee in Canada.
