Bellen Tong is the co-founder of MISS BĀO RESTAURANT + COCKTAIL BAR located in Kingston, ON. Miss Bao has a progressive approach to environmental sustainability and adapted many low waste practices in its operation since opening in 2020. Bellen as the co-founder of Miss Bao is also a member of LEAF (Leaders in Evironmentally Accountable Foodservice) - a non-profit organization helping food service establishments reduce their environmental footprint.
