Casey has spent his whole adult life in the hospitality industry. From working as a dishwasher in high school to working in pubs and restaurants in his home town in Australia he moved to Canada in 2010. 

Since being in Canada he's been a regular face behind bars in Toronto working in a number of spots including Marben, Geraldine, Civil Liberties and even medieval times. 

He’s been both a competitor and Judge for many cocktail competitions and after a year long stint back in Sydney he opened his own bar Electric Bill where he hopes to provide a space for people to get the same opportunities to grow as he was lucky enough to receive.
