With a background in Public Relations, Cheryl has 14 years experience working at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in international affairs. She is a Senior Market Development Officer, previously responsible for the EU, Middle East and Africa markets. She is certified by the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) in International Trade. Most recently, Cheryl has focused her professional energies on modernizing AAFC’s Canada Brand Program to assist the Canadian agri-food and seafood industries in gaining greater visibility internationally and promoting Canadian products as the second to none.
