Cheryl Hung is an insights consultant at Dig Insights with two decades of market research experience in the food & beverage category. From coffee to confectionary, Cheryl has a passion for uncovering the whys behind consumer behaviour to help her clients grow. Her work has led her to secure two Best In Class Quantitative Research awards. At Dig, she leads the National Coffee Association and Coffee Association of Canada’s coffee tracking work and has served as a Board Member for the Coffee Coalition for Racial Equity (2020-2022). In 2023, she was a keynote speaker at the Specialty Coffee Association’s Re:Co Symposium. Her expertise in data and coffee has been published in Coffee People Zine, Go Fund Bean and the SCA’s 25 magazine. She prefers to take her coffee black! Outside of Dig, she is a mentor for the Women In Research (WIRe) program.
