Chris Heard is the CEO and co-founder of Olive. Olive automates the RFP process, streamlining vendor selection and ensuring faster, more effective IT decisions. Chris is a serial entrepreneur and enterprise sales executive. After an early career in hospitality in the UK, including a Guinness World Record for flair bartending, Chris started his entrepreneurial journey by launching “Bars in Action.” A portable cocktail bartending service. In 2012, Chris moved to Vancouver, BC helping to set up and grow the sales team at local Mobile tech startup, Mobify who went on to be acquired by Salesforce. After that success, Chris went on to lead sales teams at a number of US based tech companies before returning to entrepreneurship in 2018. It was then that he co-founded Olive Technologies with a mission to provide enterprises with a faster, more efficient, less biased strategy for buying and adopting the right technology for their business needs.
