Cindy Fung, also known as @caviarcitizen, is a self-taught Chef and Event Planner from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, now based in Toronto. She is the founder of Preserve Indulgence, a boutique catering and event design company that specializes in creating stylish and playful hors d’oeuvres and experiences for private parties, weddings, and corporate events in Toronto and Los Angeles. Cindy also launched Sixteen Ounce, a food wellness e-commerce subscription-based service that offers omakase-style colorful meals, named one of Toronto's top 10 best-prepared meal services.
