Hailing from Santiago, Chile, Damian has spent his formative years in Montreal’s hospitality scene. Having started as a dishwasher at 17, he worked his way up through the ranks in the kitchen, and later behind the bar. Today, he has the pleasure of leading the bar team at the Atwater Cocktail Club as Head Bartender.
