Since moving from Québec to British-Columbia in 2005, David has been leading and operating his own Canadian cheese education and distribution business. While working with many of Canada’s master cheese makers and dairy farmers nationally, David has gathered a thorough understanding of the industry. He now shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for making, tasting, pairing and experiencing Canadian world-class cheese of all kinds. Known as Canada's Cheese Ambassador, David is committed to help people understand the importance of supporting our very own cheesemakers and milk producers in a fun educational experience.
