Deborah Childs MSW, RSW has worked for more than 20 year in the Employment Services Industry. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, she is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners that align with WCG’s strategic goals of successfully supporting the Integrated Employment Services. Through Identifying opportunities, Relationship Management, Negotiating Partnership Agreements, and Collaborating across regions and teams, she supports the role of Operations. She works across Peel, York, Ottawa and Toronto supporting our Service Provider Network on behalf of our clients and also works directly with our Employer Services Manager to support the excellence in service to our Employer partners.
