Gord Hannah is the Corporate Beverage Manager for Drake Hotel Properties, 1/4 of the founding team for Toronto Cocktail Conference and the executive barback for The Toplack Sessions. He has cohosted 2 years on the Food Network, done countless morning tv shows, guest curator for Toronto Cocktail Week, and has collaborated with such charities as the Bartender Benevolent Fund and The Jane Goodall Foundation. A neuroscientist turned bartender, he brings his 30 years of bartending experience and his love of research to his current role where he is dedicated to educating the next generation of bartenders and hospitality innovators.
