Jenny began her hospitality career 20 years ago with Cara Restaurants, working her way up in restaurant management with a deep-seated love for restaurants and food. In 2010 she joined SIR Corp as a General Manager and worked alongside senior leaders to help develop leadership competencies, a labour program, and a ‘manager in training’ online program. She joined The Fifteen Group as the VP of Consulting Operations, bringing her passion for crafting the “perfect guest experience” to countless projects over her 10 years with the company.
