Katie Bridges is the editor of Foodism and Escapism magazines. She started her career in London, writing and reporting for local newspapers, but the call of lifestyle journalism was too strong. She moved to Toronto in 2015 and has been trying to feed her insatiable appetite and incurable wanderlust ever since.
