Mat Beausoleil is a Food Critic & Advisor whose expertise is sought after from coast-to-coast. He has appeared as a critic and expert on TV shows such as Gordon Ramsay’s The F Word on Fox, Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and has written, produced and hosted two Food TV shows in collaboration with Bell Fibe TV1 and Vidéotron Québec. He is an honorary member of the Canadian Culinary Federation and works closely with Chefs Canada, the Canadian Culinary Championship and the Great Kitchen Party. Mat also spends his time as a Private Chef and has held various Chef titles for international events such as the Goût de France dinner at the French Embassy in Ottawa.
