Born and raised in Montreal, Maximilien Jean has been at the heart of the cocktail business of the city for the last decade. Head bartender at some of the hottest spots in town, he opened his own restaurant in 2019, before a comeback on the bar scene last year. You will find him behind the bar at Cloakroom.
