Michael Villani is the National Sales Director for Carlsberg Canada. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, he began his career in the restaurant industry, managing several concepts & spanning 10 years in both Alberta and Ontario before joining Carlsberg Canada in 2010. During his tenure at Carlsberg, Michael has worked in several roles across sales, starting as a Territory Manager in downtown Toronto before expanding into several regional key Accounts. In 2015, Michael moved back to Alberta as the Provincial Sales Manager and was selected to join the Carlsberg Group global Leadership Program. In 2020 he made the move back to Ontario as the Director of Sales for the province and moved into the National Sales Director role in 2023 as part of Carlsberg’s acquisition of Waterloo Brewing. Michael currently resides in Etobicoke Ontario with his wife Anne Marie and 2 sons, Anthony & Vincent.
