Mo Jessa is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience with Earls Restaurants. Since joining the company in 1988, he has been instrumental in transforming Earls from a modest chain of 13 locations into a thriving enterprise with over 70 restaurants across North America, from Whistler to Fort Lauderdale.
Under Mo’s visionary leadership, Earls has cultivated a dynamic culture emphasizing people development and leadership growth, expanding from its Western Canadian roots to employ over 7,000 talented individuals across Canada and the United States.
As the first non-family member to become President of Earls Restaurants, Mo has been pivotal in reinventing the iconic brand for a new generation. During his 10 years in this role, the 35-year-old restaurant brand regained industry leadership, brand love and substantial financial success.
