Corporate Chef and Master Pizzaiolo Pasquale Ponticello has over 35 years of experience in the culinary industry. He was born and raised in the Southern Italian City of Aversa, also known as the “Door of Napoli”. It is a place where pizza is taken quite seriously. Pasquale has refined his skills by working in numerous countries and adapting to various styles of preparation. He also represents the AVPN Neapolitan Pizza Verace as their Brand Ambassador for North America. Pasquale’s colleagues describe him as a patient, energetic, and positive force. He has served as a strong asset to the Faema Culinary Academy for over 7 years. His passion allows him to effectively share knowledge with new trainees and customers. Pasquale’s humble nature, sense of humour, and love for food makes him “the real deal as an Authentic Pizzaiolo”.
