Director of Restaurants Insights, Squirrel Systems
Pen was an early Squirrel user while working in the hospitality industry during his early college years. After graduating with a Communications Diploma, he embarked on a career in the early e-commerce era of the early 2000’s working for technology companies in Vancouver and abroad. Moving to focus on market and operational insights, Pen completed his Executive MBA at Simon Fraser University and continued to assist companies in the technology and business intelligence markets to grow and better understand their business. Joining Squirrel in 2019 Pen works with the team to develop innovative technology solutions for restaurants, hotels, bars, and other foodservice operators.
