I am currently the President of the Tyne Valley Oyster Festival.  We represent the Canadian Oyster Shucking Championship.  The winner of this event gets a monetary prize and a place to compete in the International Oyster Shucking Championship in Galloway, Ireland.  I have been involved with the festival for 5 years and am a local boy.  I have worked and travelled all over the world.  Currently I am a construction project manager.
