Rob is a bar owner in Toronto known for operating stylized cocktail bars, both with their own unique twists on the guest experience. Having started in cocktail bartending a while ago, he’s seen many of the trends (good & bad) come back full circle and is always curious with the zeitgeist of people’s taste. Keeping his venue’s current is a top priority and mark of commitment to maintain Toronto as an international cocktail destination brimming with new ideas and a strong community. His main focus is to open some new bar concepts and collaborate with brands to partner on the cultural offerings from the gallery. When Rob’s not creating playlists or planning programming for his venue’s he enjoys travelling to other cities and enjoying all the different styles of bars and hotel fitness offerings.
