Born and raised in Toronto, I grew up watching my mom in the kitchen, which is where my passion for food comes from. Cultivated the love that Toronto has for Neapolitan Pizza with helping to expand Pizzeria Libretto across the city. As well as, partnering to bringing Roman inspired Enoteca Sociale to satisfy peoples pasta cravings. Bringing Simplicity, flavour and passion together to put smiles on people’s faces with the food that we create is our goal. Father of 2 kinds and husband to a personal trainer, one of our favourite foods, other than pizza and pasta, is chicken wings and we share a love of baseball.
