Rodell Bautista

Rodell is currently the Manager of Virtual Kitchen Strategy at SkipTheDishes. His career has primarily been in the restaurant industry, in restaurant equipment sales and restaurant design. He started his career in the field in 1998 with Russell Food Equipment and through the years he had implemented the Equipment and Smallwares division at Pratts Food Service, and designed the functional layouts for some of the most prominent independent Winnipeg restaurants prior to joining Skip in February of 2018.
