Chef Sash Simpson is a highly regarded executive chef and the proud owner of Sash Restaurant + Wine Bar, a renowned fine dining restaurant in Toronto’s Summerhill neighbourhood, that he opened six years ago. With more than four decades of experience in the culinary world, Sash has built a distinguished reputation for his mastery of fine dining and his ability to create unforgettable culinary experiences. Prior to launching Sash, he spent 24 years at North 44, working his way up from line cook to executive chef and head of catering. Additionally, Sash was part of the team that opened ByMark in Toronto's financial District. Over the years, Sash became known for his innovative approach to cuisine, skillfully blending classic techniques with modern flair.
