Sasilka is a business analyst and restaurateur with 6+ years’ experience in the restaurant and supply chain industry, merging the gap in food spaces between West Africa and the diaspora. She opened Skcookks Toronto in 2017 as her first project in the Toronto food space exploring West African flavours in the heart of the city. Six years and two restaurants later, Skcookks is more than a restaurant, now a household name merchandising different products, as they continue to infiltrate the culture in the city.
