Sergio Nazario is a chef who was born and raised in Lima, Peru. Growing up, he regularly helped his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, which sparked his passion for food. To further explore his love of cooking, he pursued studies in Gastronomy and Business Management at Le Cordon Bleu University in Peru. Over the years, he has worked in various restaurants in Peru, the US, and Canada. Six years ago, he decided to move to Canada to gain more experience in the food industry. He worked hard and opened his restaurant two years ago, where he offers a unique and modern twist on traditional Peruvian gastronomy. Sergio is committed to constantly learning and bringing his many years of experience to the table, applying his global experience to create exquisite dishes that showcase the flavors of Peruvian cuisine.
