She is the co-founder of Quell Now, a purpose-driven talent management & consulting agency focused on centering underrepresented leaders’ voices in the food, drink, health, and lifestyle space.  She leads a team and dynamic roster that champions transformational change to redefine and create a more equitable and inclusive world that allows diversity to thrive. Stephanie is also the founder of Intentful Solutions, a full-service marketing and strategy firm that designs intentional human experiences aimed at helping businesses grow with purpose.
