With over 28 years as an executive in the IT industry with Hewlett Packard, Trish Paterson lead multiple industries internationally – accumulating a wealth of knowledge in technology driven innovation, data analysis and streamlined operations. After decades of working in IT, a deep passion for food, wellness and customer service led Trish to pivot from technology to food service combining business acumen with a love of fresh, healthy dining experiences. Trish has held various positions leading brands such as Copper Branch, Quesada and most recently Villa Madina and Cultures as part of the MTY leadership team.
