Are there discounts if I buy multiple event tickets?

How do I register for the Hospitality Events?
You can register register for RC Hospitality Events when you register for your RC Show Pass. If you've already purchased your show pass and would like to add any event, you can add it to your existing registration by logging back in with your email and the password you created.
Can I use a credit card or a cheque to register?
We accept VISA, MC and AMEX. We do not accept cheques, purchase orders or wire transfers.
Are substitutions or transfers permitted with RC Show Passes?
There are no substitutions permitted. Additionally, show passes are non-transferable.
Will badges be mailed in advance of the show?
All badges are to be printed onsite at our Registration counter, and therefore will not be mailed in advance of the show.
Once arriving at RC Show, please make your way to the Registration counter, with your registration confirmation available, to show upon request.
What do I do if I lose my badge during the Show?
Visit the On-Site Registration counter in the galleria of the Enercare Centre to have your badge re-printed. Note: there is a $99 re-printing fee.
What are the refund and cancellation policies?
After the January 31, 2025 deadline, we are unable to issue refunds on passes purchased, for any reason. The purchase of passes constitutes your acceptance of the posted no refund policy. Passes and event tickets are non-transferable.
Do we sell trade show lists?
Restaurants Canada does not sell or provide trade show lists or member contact information.
It has come to our attention that some members are receiving unsolicited emails claiming to have access to RC Show attendee lists. This activity has been going on for some time and our efforts to have the practice discontinue has been unsuccessful.
If you are receiving unsolicited email or phone calls from a company claiming to have a RC Show list, help us report them. Send in a complaint indicating that they do not represent RC Show along with a copy of the email to spam@fightspam.gc.ca. Do Restaurants Canada members receive complimentary passes to attend the RC Show?
Yes, independent operator members receive 4 complimentary badges and Business Associates receive 2 complimentary badges to the show with their membership.

Does the RC Show have hotel and travel partner discounts?

Is shuttle service provided to the Enercare Centre?
Shuttle busses will not be available to and from hotels.
Is there parking on-site?
Exhibition place offers 5,800 parking spaces located adjacent to one of Toronto’s main highways, the Gardiner Expressway, including 1,300 underground. A convenience that very few venues can offer!

Are children or pets allowed in the RC Show?
The RC Show is a 19+ event. No infants, toddlers or children allowed on the show floor.
Pets are not permitted, exceptions are made for guide dogs and service animals.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, there is a coat check next to the Registration counter located next to StudioEx in the Galleria at the Enercare Centre.
Will Wi-Fi be available at the RC Show?
Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi for all attendees and exhibitors.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Enercare Centre is wheelchair accessible. Please note, however, that The Enercare Centre no longer offers wheelchair rentals.
What is the dress code?
There is no official dress code for the RC Show.
Trade Show Floor & Exhibitors
Can I buy something at the RC Show and remove merchandise from the Show floor?
Yes, however, the exhibitor must provide you with a receipt in order to walk out with merchandise.
How many exhibitors will be at the RC Show?

Can attendees see a list of RC Show exhibitors?
